Homepage Design Directions

Four original design strategies have been prepared for the JMK Cellar by Big Daddy homepage. Each concept uses the same demonstration catalogue and commercial messaging, so the comparison is about design strategy, hierarchy and shopping behaviour rather than content.

CONCEPT 01
JMK Express homepage concept, top of page

JMK Express

Campaign and value-led hypermarket

A bright, price-confident shopping surface led by the Big Daddy Reduction campaign, cellar-section shortcuts and reserve-online-collect-at-Al-Hamra cues on every product.

  • Campaign hero with lead reduction ticket
  • Cellar-section shortcuts A01–A12 and price bands
  • Points and collection status on every card

JMK Select

Editorial, occasion and gifting focused

A calmer, considered direction that opens with the reason for the visit: occasions, gifting and premium malts, with value handled as restrained reduction detail.

  • Occasion-led discovery index
  • Shelf-composition hero across the cellar
  • Restrained reduction and rewards treatment

CONCEPT 04Flagship
The Cellar Floor homepage concept, top of page

The Cellar Floor

Flagship, motion-led store experience

The most ambitious direction: the homepage behaves like the cellar itself. A departure-style reduction board, an interactive floor schematic, drifting shelf runs and a persistent reserve tray that carries the Click & Collect journey.

  • Reduction board and campaign spotlight hero
  • Interactive floor plan wayfinder to any section
  • Moving shelf runs, case builder and reserve tray
